Airspace insights
Overview
We're seeking feedback from pilots and operators about their experiences operating in controlled airspace at Ballina Airport, Western Sydney International Airport and Bankstown Airport.
Your feedback will help us understand how the airspace and associated procedures are working in practice and identify trends.
The feedback form focuses on individual flight experiences. If you have operated multiple flights, we encourage you to submit a separate response for each flight. This will ensure the data reflects a range of experiences over time.
Before you begin, please have details of the flight available, such as the date of the flight and your location or route.
Safety report
This feedback form is not monitored as a safety reporting channel and should not be used to report accidents, serious incidents or other reportable matters. If you need to make a safety report, refer to the CASA webpage: Ways to make a safety report.
Why your views matter
This feedback form is anonymous. While we ask for information about the flight you are providing feedback on, including the date, time and location, providing the aircraft registration is optional.
Feedback gathered through this form will help us:
