Evlos & Bvlos on mine sites and places where Risk assessments and risk management are common places and part of the day to day running. should be allowed to exempt.

Evlos & Bvlos should be an endorsement on your licences so Pilots can do it with correct training. this may stop the extensive rule braking thats currently happening in the industry
