Yes It seems that the local plume generator, Tallawarra. has strong political support that overrode local objections and the need to get full approval before commencing hiring and construction The key culprit was Angus Taylor who I consider acted on political grounds rather than a scientific evaluation

O won a Vixxen Aeroprakt that has a 600kg limit The plume would be invisible to the eye and it could flip a recreational aircraft beyond recovery over a residential area
