This website is managed by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). CASA respects your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988. Our staff are trained to manage personal information on that basis and in compliance with our standards, policies and procedures.

Confidentiality of submissions
In order to promote debate and transparency, CASA prefers not to receive input submitted on the condition that it be kept confidential. We recognise, however, that there may be occasions when you want to provide information on a confidential basis.
Each consultation or survey will provide clear advice about whether CASA intends to publish responses or submissions, and you will be asked to consent or object to publication of your response or submission.
If you object, we will not publish your response or submission, nor will we disclose its contents to another person unless we are authorised or required to do so by law.
CASA will either not publish or redact responses or submissions we receive that include personal information about another individual. We reserve the right not to publish or to redact responses or submissions that contain sensitive information, offensive or inappropriate material, or which do not address the subject of the consultation.

Delib's software (this website) enables organisations to set up and operate activities, through which they can engage with you.
This site is managed by the controlling organisation, Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
