Comments
Drones and my precious helicopter pilot lives. Do we have to wait until a few helicopter pilots get killed? I had hoped the new CASA would be Pro- active rather than reactive.

Priority 1
Does not address the problem of a level of intelligence and commonsense- what used to be called airmanship- being a mandatory requirement for operation of aircraft.
Priority 2
Enhance safety. No evidence provided in survey that changes will achieve this.
Priority 3
It is pretty much a free for all out there at the moment. Only feet on ground will change that not more regs.
