Please provide your comments:
Most drone users are responsible people with no intention to break laws or fly in unsafe way.
Must keep in mind that mistakes happen and accident happen introducing laws that are hard to apply will not prevent that

What should be done about 'counter-drone' technology?

Provide your views on the ways in which counter-drone technologies should be managed and in what circumstances they should be used.

management/scenarios for counter-drone tech
Misuse of drones will happen and no matter what kind of law you introduce will not prevent criminals from doing that.

Normal people has no means and no way of breaking the law intentionally.

Criminals will always find ways to override any reinforcement or technology applied.

Are we doing enough of the right things?

CASA seeks your view on the way in which we are approaching regulation of RPA in Australia today and for the future.

are we doing the right things?
I think the current laws and restrictions are more than adequate for the control of drones for both commercial and recreational use.
We must think of laws that are realistic to apply and not just words on paper, the most important think is peoples mindset and I think specially here in Australia people have a very good level of mindset to stay within these laws.
