Making some huge assumptions on the understanding of the passengers. Could be insulting the intelligence of these people who are making informed decisions.
This seems to be the only driver of the change that i can see and until you can supply data on the level of informed consent I struggle too understand why you are acting on it other than to satisfy a KPI set on performance plan.
I also read a review by an organisation involved and they're claiming complete lack of conversation. Im thinking our version of consultation is very different to yours. Poor form, haven't convinced me of any need.
