I am sorry to say that up to the CASA standards you have made a very complicated statement which tells people nothing other than you plan to make drone registration compulsory. The rest I have no clue what you mean.

please provide a clear statement that you are changing Phase A to Phase A1 do not just give the modified statement.
What exactly are you changing???????? other than Drone registration will now be required?
