Consultation on the proposed CAO 48.1 Instrument 2019 has closed. The summary of consultation – summarising the feedback received – will be published next month. However, you can read the responses to our consultation where permission has been granted to publish.
Before we finalise the proposed CAO 48.1 Instrument 2019 the Aviation Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP) will consider the Fatigue Technical Working Group (TWG) report on how we have incorporated feedback and will provide us with further advice.
To address the remaining actions identified in our response to the independent review, a further proposed amendment may be developed and publicly consulted.
